Chicken Milanesa with Spring Salad (Video)

Ingredients (for 2)

2 chicken breasts

1 egg

2 tbsp flour

panko breadcrumbs

salt and pepper

oil for frying

 For the salad

1 bunch of radishes

1 medium-sized cucumber

1 avocado

1/4 bunch of dill

chilli to taste

sea salt

extra virgin olive oil

lemon juice or vinegar (optional)


  1. Trim chicken breasts and flatten them with a hummer. It’s better to do it in between two thick plastic bags. 
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper. You can use any other seasoning. Then pane – first flour, then bitten egg and at last in breadcrumbs.
  3. To prepare salad – wash all ingredients, chop and mix them. Just before serving add olive oil and salt.
  4. Fry chicken milanesas in a frying pan in vegetable oil. Enjoy!
