Ingredients (for 3-4)

For the sauce
80g olive oil
harissa to taste
- Cut and wash cauliflower in quarters. Then cook in salted boiling water for approximately 10 minutes.
- Then drain cauliflower, rub some olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake in an oven at 230C (450F) frequently turning the cauliflower. It’s ready when you decide it’s ready!
- For sauce blend all ingredients in with a hand blender. Add chilli sauce to taste. Important to get rid of garlic steams.
- When cauliflower is ready serve with sauce and drizzle with a mix of oil and pomegranate molasses. Garnish with chopped nuts and herbs of your choice. Enjoy!
